The exquisite St. Regis Hotel is an architectural wonder incorporating one of San Francisco’s finest luxury hotels inside an iconic structure.

The recently opened St. Regis redefines luxury and creates a new class of hotel experience in San Francisco. Hiro Stone and Lissa Doumani have created the St. Regis Hotel’s flagship restaurant Ame. Ame is located in the historic Williams Building section of the lobby and features seasonal New American Cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood that includes a sashimi bar.
